Η Ελβετική Αρχαιολογική Σχολή διοργανώνει συνέδριο με θέμα «Eretria – Crossing Paths. Swiss Excavations at Eretria – 50th Anniversary – 1964-2014» για τον εορτασμό των 50 χρόνων δραστηριοποίησής της στην Ελλάδα.
Οι Ελβετοί αρχαιολόγοι έχουν συμμετάσχει σε ανασκαφές στην Ερέτρια από το 1964. Οι ανακαλύψεις και οι δημοσιεύσεις τους μαρτυρούν την πλούσια και μοναδική πολιτιστική κληρονομιά της Ερέτριας. Ως φόρο τιμής στις πέντε δεκαετίες έρευνας, η Ελβετική Αρχαιολογική Σχολή στην Ελλάδα (ESAG) έχει οργανώσει την ακόλουθη σειρά δημόσιων ομιλιών.
